Salary not paid as per MNC standard. Top Mgt does not support their colleagues always embrace their staff. Parcility, Senior Mgt do not have thorar knowledge of PB Solutions. Etc.

Nothing as they don’t have any sort of work culture as well as planning to wrok for instead creating trouble while working specially Regional Manager Heading North & West Division.

Dislikes

No proper goals to work. No proper planning or direction for working. Creating hurdles to do business for Sales Team. West & North Region Head is really a physco and had no way for working or sense to understand of doing business.

I will never recommend anyone to work here specially in west at STS sales department. West top management (reporting manger) is not supportive, no leadership qualities can’t even handle team properly, don’t know how to talk with team mates. Extremely worst behaviour and work with no vision and planing. Target oriented approach, instead of pressurising on target, west business head should work on planning, team building and create bonding with juniors.
