I would call myself fortunate to get a chance to work at this amazing Organisation. There is 0% office politics and the coworkers are very supportive and friendly. There are well structured and extensive training programs for new joiners. The management make sure the deserving employees are well appreciated and given good opportunities to learn new technologies and grow further. PITs give equal importance to work and extra curricular activities which I think is the best part. There are lot of team outings and cultural activities in a year. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
