Job security and work culture what I tried to maintain was intact in my whole journey. Colegues were good, talanted and friendly. My Manager was awesome. Really enjoyed working with him. Sometimes streched the working hours to 8, 12 hrs but manager always supported me.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. Not promoting learning and higher studies. Some of HR team members are really worst spoken and not solving problems rather creating new problems. I had worst experience at Piramal due to HR team only. They threatened me on my last day. They are not giving any relieving letter or experience letter on the date of relieving. They are charging 3 months salary (Plus 18% gst) if person is going for higher studies, means they are not promoting higher studies....Read More

There is a politics and poor HR management. Poor care for employee during Covid. On Job training is not given to new joinees. No extra curricular activities.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day without any overtime.
