Likes

MNC culture like flexible timings, free food, transportation, WFH in CoVID, employee safety etc.

Dislikes

They just want sales without any support. if you remove this- then its a great company to work at.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
