1. No job security. Management can kick you out of the company anytime they want as per their convenience and even make false disciplinary case against you so that you can't take action against them. 2. Management is highly biased and only listen to the select few. Too much office politics. TLs are sweet to your face but play politics behind your back. 3. Salary and benefits are NIL. There are unnecessary salary cuts every month in the name of performance rating in which a rating is given to you out of 10 based on several factors. No matter what you do they always find a way to deduct your rating even when the conditions are out of your control. 4. Unnecessary parties where the employees are forced to treat the entire office on their birthdays, work anniversaries, and other special occasions even when they can't afford to do it. Not a good company for QA interns, you will not gain any skill and work is worse than a call centre job. They are just hiring interns for call audits which even a 10th passout can do effortlessly and get their data made by them. Management is highly biased towards some employees and office politics is there. After 3 months of internship they will not even hire you full time. Basically what they do is hire interns for 3 months and get their work done at bare minimum stipend without teaching them anything and then hire interns again by luring them that they will give them a full time job later on.
