The managers don't know anything about recruitment. They deduct salary without any reason. They are running a shop. It is not a company in any sense. They don't have any policies. Never ever try to apply for a job with them.

There is no job security. One can hire and fire without any reason. No guarantee of salary on time. No job security. Yogesh and Omkar (owner of this lala company) treat their employees as slave.

No one is professional. Seems like you are working as dihadi majdur. No medical No PF You will not get single other benefits apart from salary (thats also not on time)
