Weekend off HO have 5 days working but in Branch office they have only 1 and 3 saturday off.

Company is good and a market leader in its industry. Nice place to work. Company pays better if you have fancy educational background, Experience and skills comes next. If you are an MBA from Tier 1 institute then you can even plan your retirement in Pidilite.

Dislikes

I personally feel that company should only pick internal talent for management roles. Hiring from outside should be an exceptional case. Currently scenario is opppsite.

Work Details

I feel that I am one man appointed to take care of 3 or 4 men's work. Too much work and load and there will be no logic in work distribution. There will be someone in your team whose efforts are almost 50% of yours but you both are rated on same parameter
