Newly joined to this organization but i should really say they respect the decision of seniors. People here i can see associated more than 5 to 6 years. Office timing is 10.00 but there is half an hour grace time where the employee come by 10.30 then they sit till 7.00 to cover their duty hours. Only concerned with washroom which is outside but its clean so i am not much bothered of the same.
