The opportunity will be thrown to you with it any training but it can become a learning curve to improve knowledge. You'll learn self training, self sustainment and building self confidence.

Dislikes

All the decisions are taken by the Chairman and CEO and they even go deep into micromanagement. All the remaining designations in the office are just on papers with no space or powers to implement anything. Even after being with the organization for many years, the way people are treated while leaving is always pathetic and insane. The organization doesn't know what gratuity is as it never pays anyone the same. Forgot other peeps like bonus, shares or even goodies. If you really wanted to become hard mentally like me, join this organization.
