Pfizer is a place where you will get various opportunities to work in different projects/automations and you will keep on learning new things along with your day to day work. Job culture is good. They are working hard for their values of courage, excellence, equity and joy.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Healthcare policies are not great which is ironic. Growth in terms of compensation and promotions are below average. HR policies also needs some work. No free transport facilities.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. Policies are good . Giving good salary.

No transperancy and no job security. Carrer growth is slow.
