The only good thing about Petrofac is its work life balance. Strict work hours (8) is followed by all employees across it's all offices around the globe.

Dislikes

No promotions. No learning. Company has it's own working fundamentals which keeps it apart from standard working practices from other EPC Companies. No attention from reporting managers and no coordination amongst managers from offices across the globe.

Monthly once conduct safety meeting and provide gifts for encourage the employees, they create a peaceful workplace, employees not only employees we are a family.

As a field operator, I get a direct approach to consult with our seniors for improve knowledge. For simply, day to day we learn new by new and improve ourself
