Pervacio is the place where many people started their career as a fresher. Company is good enough in providing better opportunities in a short span.

Dislikes

Dirty politics are played by narrow minded leads. Few leads are unfit for the position but they are treated as pets of the company. Less scope for learning.

As it is startup one can get more responsibilities and roles. Can get more knowledge on different platforms.

Dislikes

No job security for the employees here. They will create an environment and make the employees leave. "Work under a good boss to get more knowledge not under good company" I always recall this words while working under one mindless Manager who dint deserve that position.I know better than him. Pervacio Need to change that QA Manager for better progress.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
