Their policies related to retention is very bad if they fired you or you leave the company before one year they will deduct your retention amount from your last two-month salary. It is almost like you didn't get any money in your account please check before joining how much retention percent they are deducting. If you are a family person it is difficult for you to survive in the last two months.

How they lie to you in the interview about company culture and how they add values in your career. Suggestion : Do not even think of joining this company if you're serious about your career.

1) Micromanagement by higher management. 2) They don't have development projects. You'll get only configuration/support related tasks which involves no coding. 3) They don't have training facilities either , they will provide you udemy courses. 4) You will directly onboarded on client project within weeks or max in a month without KT and project training. 5) HR will ignore you messages by seeing and even not replying to your messages. 7) You have beg for paid leaves even it's pending in numbers. 8) Salary hikes were not good either....Read More
