Work culture of Pepper cloud is very good. It is the place where managers make you confident, fine tune your skills and push you to be more. Since this is highly productive company and fast moving company stress will be common. This company is not for one to settlers. Some times management seems unorganized about the work we get. You have to be a all-rounder who have work on anything without hesitation Financially, if you expect more since you are doing more it not gonna happen.
