Very worst culture of organization, managers are treating like thekedar, they don't know how to talk. Personal and work life balance is worst, no promotion and no right increment. Managers are calling people to work 14 hours in day and weekend as well. Implementation head Cleary sating to employee either work here for 14 hours or leave the organization.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
