Worst company to work with, they are deducting the salaries of employees even during notice period. Too much of work pressure and high level targets set for difficult roles.

Dislikes

I completely dislike and feel bad about taking up the job in this firm. Because of internal hiring an employee pulled me in to the firm saying nice things about them, but they don’t pay the salary as promised even during the notice period and expect too much of work from us.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
