The start of my journey was very good but later it went to the drains.

I have told it time and again that this is not a employee centric company it's only money centric and nothing else it does not give the employee's any support and there is lots of favorate ism in the company specialising in the management side.

The company has Lost its Charm, Especially the Tech team, due to the Presence of the Scrum Master, The Scrum master has created a negative impact on the lives and careers of the people. The Scrum Master of the Team should be changed, Shaadi team has lost its charm in the technology, and people here work under pressure rather than exploring new ideas and sharing them. Employees have become horses with Blinkers, Employees are discouraged from speaking or Sharing their ideas.

Getting salary on time and having good incentives were great.

There was a lot of politics. The Manager favoured sycophants only. I had to lost my job because of those sycophants. However, it turned out to be beneficial for me in the new company. Now I am working as a assistant Manager in operations and handling group of leaders with 100+ associate. The Manager and few sycophants TLs are cheating with the company. Their customers are not getting good service but still their CSAT Score always be positive because they fill out the Positive rating by themselves. And when I brought this matter to the attention of the business head and I even showed him live how they are filling the survey by themselves.
