You get your salary on time..job security is there as it's a stable organisation.

Dislikes

There are no internal trainings for growth..work culture is poor..no work personal life balance..not an employee friendly organization..no holidays on festivals ..even public holidays are working..no appreciation for work ,no parties,no higher education funding nothing.

Its a very good organisation. One part, Sundays are working. Holidays very less compare to other corporate.

Dislikes

Very less holidays & all sundays are working. In the week off day also center manager needed to pavailable over phone in working hours. Good organisation to work with but balancing personal life was difficult as an employee.
