# Difficult for any member to balance work life # Junior and very Old employee's are always take undue advantage # Unnecessary pressure from sales team, where there are many things which is not your Job, you have to perform #They will hire you at any Higher salary and later fire you within a phone call at any given day without even you realize what's your fault( also you don't received any explnation) #Only one day the entire Suraksha is closed,i.e Holi, rest every day you have to work #You can't take leave as per your plan(your leave will be unused) #Constantly you have to fight with the OLD employees #They(OLD employees) Directly send mail to HO and make fake complaint against you #Both the director's hardly give value to human being...Read More
