Bad Company Culture, No increment, They hire people from big companies telling lie . No commitment value, In between in different month they skip giving expenses to field staff and later denied if asked . Never offer good quality training to skill development to employees . After Suraksha tag , it is hard to get a job in good company. So great place to destroy a qualified person's . Specially someone moved from Pharma .
