No work culture. Employees with designation not with knowledge. Business Analysts were sick. To understand user story its hard as their witting skills and presentation was terrible and not at all meaningful. Lot of politics. Terrible working experience.

I believe there is some politics at top management level because of which attrition rate is quite high at that level. Also, I feel, a woman's path to senior management is longer than that of a man with same or even less skills and experience.

There was nothing to like in this company. The company and the HR team is ruled by the higher officials. One has to tone down his or her voice as he cannot speak anything wrong about higher officials. The company is good in its name and fame but worst in terms of work culture and the whole company is dependent on some of its high profile officials who decides the future of an employee. As i said there no growth, no learning and development and no support at all. Further the company is run by some high profile people who think they are the gods and can decide the future of an employee.
