Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Promoting yes men, owner only want selective people to work with him, he will promote anyone while is drinking. Only facts, they promoted a person who doesn't have basic GDS knowledge and that guys was promoted three times and every time it was of no use . Kudos to that organisation who promoted a 420 addict.

Dislikes

I have worked with the most unprofessional people. People who don't even deserve a toilet cleaner job have been given responsibilities to manage. They just disappear and magically they appear back with red eyes and a calm demeanor when it's time for a higher manager to come in.
