As a Brand Market reputation is good. Infrastructure & Market promotion also help in businesses expansion

Dislikes

Work Culture is pathetic. Internal politics won’t settle any ground staff more than 2 Months. Money recovery from merchant level are extensive Employees Settle market disputes from own pocket

I learned so my things from company especially how to aware people about new mode of payment and also know about the people preferences.

Dislikes

They dont give me a proper last month salary and 3 month incentive so thats why i dont recomment anyone to join paytm as an employee. The staff is not co-oprative.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and meet new people and give them a proper knowledge about paytm app and aware them properly

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
