Very Good work enviornment, You will know your full potential their. Teamleader motivate and direct everytime for work and output. Incentive are attractive. Sometimes have to work for extra 2 or 3 hours. Overall Satisfied with my work experience.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
