You start with new product, after lots of hard work with good performance and all time achieved all targets compny group because of you and after success with new product compny hiring new staff for upper posession there is no IJP Option. After success no value of old and performer employee.

4+ Years completed with one97 Communications ltd total experience is good but high level of corporate politics, all jobs depended on your state heads. I was handled fastag business from 0 to 4k+ Corporate customer and compny select my boss from out side of compny process, means my all hard works no value.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
