I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Skill related work is not possible. Less technical skills. No value for freshers even if they joined with good skills. Less Hikes. No Promotions. Overtime work without extra amount. Coordination between the manager and team member won't be good. Work pressure is peaks. Managers forces indirectly to do testing with the developers.

* Good exposure to various technical projects me at the early stage of my career.

* After KPIT acquisition there are lot of changes at the higher management. * There is no uniform WFH and WFO culture. Some people in a team are working from office and other are not. So not able to enforce something fearing of attrition. * Basic infrastructure can be improved when asking employees to work from office.
