Salary is not credited on time. Always delaying near about 1 month complete another month's end they crediting.

The Pathfinder has very good clients Like (Oberoi Mall, Phoenix Mall etc.)

Company is not giving proper salary to employees on time and they deduct pf, bonus from salary but will not deposit in pf account even they will not give bonus to employees. They are harassing the employees regarding salary payment and not giving proper answer to the employee when asked about salary....Read More

I joined as a fresher they give me opportunity to learn and great work place with good seniors.

Dislikes

Once you get experience they give more additional projects with same salary ,new joiners get more pay than senior, there is no hike for last 2 year.

Most of the seniors left , they pressuring other senior resource to do their work until they hire new resource.

There is nothing positive about this company. This is not proper company to work if anyone is getting interview call. They are ready to hire fresher easily. But don't accept it will ruin your career.

*No salary on time, sometimes delays upto 6 months *HR team is worst. They don't have communication with employees. *Management doesn't exist. No hike will be given for years *Nothing to learn and no growth as technical person

Worst work Life. If you are hired as onsite engineer you will be only employee of company at site like Mall or Airport. No team environment.

The company will not pay salary properly. And there will alwayz be dues in salary amount. No support during corona period. They won't pic up calls to answer the employees queries. Management is absent, no salaries, unethical and corrupt practices current bill not paid, maid salary also not paid and tax also not paid then how will company run? it will close only. most of employees experienced persons left only freshers are there in company, so quality is less.
