When I wrote about likes I meant by only if you want to learn. No one will provide you with any new learning’s. Work environment is very bad. Team work is not there. And this company is unique for crediting salary on 20th of every month. Very worst HR support. I have no idea if the HR even knows what his role is. If contacted for emergency he will never answer. Even if you call a 100 times he will not reply with a message also. Manager doesn’t have the knowledge on how to handle the employees. Employee respect is not at all there. Even if you work 24/7 they won’t respect you. Worst company I have every worked with. My old company which was a startup provide salary one day before the month starts. I don’t know why the company is running. Company ah muditu pona selavu micham elarukum. Religious discrimination is there a lot. Even if you have the skills and experience they will never allow you to grow in the company. Fresher or experienced people just don’t join this company.
