Well, I joined as a business development manager. Regrettably, first and foremost, they never mentioned that this was the sales role. Moreover, they lied about the role. I am not a salesperson, and I don't have any prior sales experience. Secondly, it's a small firm, they will ask you to consider the Paid leave as a CL leave for theentire 12 months no casual leaves. They will mention 5 days of working, however, that is not true. You will be asked to report on Saturdays for meetings and discussions. Comm'n guys grow up....Read More

I joined as a fresher but the training and induction is so intense that I started delivering results at the end of the very first month. The managers and partners promote you for your work and I got my first promotion in the first 4 months. The culture is excellent here being a small team, and I hope this culture stays in the long run.

Dislikes

Initially, the fixed salary was quite low but it was justified by the training provided to me and the variable part of the salary which is higher than any other company in this field. Turns out that this company was looking for performers and that's why the salary structure was more focussed on the variable part.
