Work from home was good but then I had to move to office.

At the time of joining the company I was told that permanent work from home is there. but in 2023 they asked me to join from office in Gurugram otherwise I'll have to leave the company. I was with the company for 2 years and never got the salary hike. Salary on time. Work from home. You have to give interviews before every project which will improve your interview skills.

Low/no appraisal. Very less salary. You Will have to give interviews before you have been assigned to client project and once client is done with you then you again have to give lots of interviews before starting on another project. Client can call you to work from office suddenly and you have to relocate on your expenses if you are from different state.
