Salary on time. Work from home. You have to give interviews before every project which will improve your interview skills.

Low/no appraisal. Very less salary. You Will have to give interviews before you have been assigned to client project and once client is done with you then you again have to give lots of interviews before starting on another project. Client can call you to work from office suddenly and you have to relocate on your expenses if you are from different state. Once you resign company will do everything to deduct you notice period salary during full and final settlement....Read More
