I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company of all , I'm having terrible experience here they'll treat you like labour worker. And won't give you increment based on your work. They won't explain whole requirement and will expect output from you. If you argue with they about requirement they'll target you and humiliate you , even they won't let you go home , and insist you to work over time and also they won't pay you for OT .overall this company have toxic environment.
