This company is a nightmare. Their so-called "management" team is a disgrace, and HR is a complete joke. and t cheir vile approach to maternity leave. Instead of supporting pregnant women like any decent company would, they choose to trap them in rooms, harassing them into resigning. They even make sure to gang up on you, bringing in the spineless HR, Minal, and the pathetic excuse for management, Pratoysh, while the director, Deepali, chimes in over the phone. It’s like a twisted game to them.And if you think that’s bad, wait until you hear how they handle harassment complaints. If you’re unlucky enough to be harassed at PARASCADD, don’t bother going to HR. They’ll just twist things around, accuse you of being the problem, and make your life a living hell. Minal and her cronies are experts at covering up for the real culprits while tearing down anyone who dares to speak up. It’s disgusting, but that’s just how they operate protecting the abusers while punishing the victims. This place is a toxic cesspool. Their policy revolves around systematically harassing employees, sweeping any complaints under the rug, and maintaining a toxic environment where abuse is not just tolerated but actively encouraged. Nothing to like here. The work environment is very stressfull

Fixed shifts. Lot's of work load. Salary cut on late . Delayed salary every Month. HR cuts salary without proper explanations. Salary slips are given 45 days later after salary. No work from home. Work Here only if you're fresher Can't even eat snacks properly when in office always they treat like School when Bell rings all run to their seat.
