It was my first company. Worked there for more than 4 Yrs. Wonderful people, Wonderful Culture. People were really awesome and make you feel like a family. No Pressure, No Micro Management, No Partiality, No Politics, I would strongly recommend anyone to join here without any second thought. There will be an excellent pay for your hardwork.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
