A wealthy and healthy company, which should focus on its work, policies and guidelines to make it more effective and efficient.

More preference to Chinese personnel's, even the company is of Indian nature and working and earning in India. The company politics is extremely poor and ruining its image poorly, yet it starts from the upper level and manager's make it more worse.
