Scope to learn different skill sets because you will be forced to do things which are beyond your skill sets. Good for freshers

Very low pay, one may have to work for more than the office hours, no incentives and other perks, no travel allowance, no proper pay hikes or promotions. Things happen in a very unprofessional manner.
