No much work pressure because the trainers just have to explain whatever is in the ppt.

Because of the above reason we can't develop or improve skills. The trainers will be explaining the same ppt again and again to different batches. At the time of joining they will give many promises like you can learn many programming languages and technologies and also developer certificate even for the trainers but all are just promises, they won't keep their word. HR is just their puppet<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Coming to salary, every month an amount will be deducted from our salary as BONUS which will be credited at the end of the year on monthly or quarterly basis as installments (depends upon how you are negotiating)</mark>. But for that amount we have to ask them( beg). I was supposed to get the so called bonus in January 2024, it's been six months and still it is pending. I left the organization months back and even now I have to follow up for the same. And the worst thing is the HR won't respond to your call or message....Read More
