Company is good but the team culture is horrible. Team members and seniors are not at all supportive. So employee needs to work with good team and good environment that is more important.

Paladion is good for only fresher's to start their career in there, as anyone could survive with less salary for working very hard.

Dislikes

Paladion is not a good place for experienced people. Provided with less compensations and lowest in the market salary-hikes. Paladion is a very poor company, as it couldn't pay your bonus all at once, you will get it 4 times a year and each time taxes more. Paladion's finance team is sick, as they always tends to determine your tax more than what it should be and even insurances and claims are also you will not get them as they've initially promised. Paladion does bluff their customers and investors with some sugar coated words but the reality is different<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Management is Paladion is uncertain on continuing the team members, at any point of time they will start firing multiple teams due to lack of planning and designing failures</mark>. The best part was the working culture. It was open at least to me (being an old timer)

Dislikes

The company is in the verge of sell off. Investors own the highest shares and they are calling the shots. Founders who still the run the company has no say. Things are being done in a chaotic manner just to create some market hype. And eventually when it doesn't materialize, senior managers and managers are blamed or being asked to leave<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Team members are unhappy because of lack of directions and constant flux</mark>. Company has lost its game and and no more a sought after destination for any one's career. Its consulting department is being completely shutdown because company is unable to deliver in the market. Its testing and MSS wings are only delivering some projects in the market....Read More
