Management is really bad. If you tell your problem to manager or HR it is just ignored. They will say it's captive SOC and every team is handling 4-5 project so no quality is work.

It is mostly just monitoring job and not much to do. Work is not properly distributed. Not enough team members so basically it's like startup. I don't recommend any fresher to join here.
