Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

No fun, only day and night work, job security is very bad.everytime politics environment, everytime afraid about the job security. Behaviour of senior is very bad like vikaram Singh and sadab ahmed.some of the senior like vikaram only atl from his team because he want to fill in his team only his own relative and sadab Ahmed who is vp of credit card only he do casteism like muslim. Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor

Work life balance is not existing, there is no leaves without any hassle. Promotions are very hard to get either you give your 200%. And there is no job security any time with any reason if they have made the decision they can ask you to leave
