work env is very poor. Managers and higher management always looks down on others and they are always gossiping. They never appreciate your work and u won't be given any increment. Not good for girls. Politics is at peak and it gets worse with time. pls think before you join. U cannot take leaves even if u r sick and also wfh is never allowed. You have to complete 9 hrs in ofc even if u don't have any work. No sprint structure is followed for work, They will make u work on weekends by saying that this is a critical task, it will has to go live immediately but that task won't even go to production after months also....Read More
