The pachouli work environment is too good. Work from home facility is also applicable, also the work culture is very accurate. Very friendly employees and they have very helping natures. Also the best part is the corporate management is too ossam, and the salary+ insensitive always gets on time.

Dislikes

I think this is the first company, in which I am giving the feedback, that they dont have any dislikes. I am very proud to be a part of pachouli.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
