I don't dislike the company as they offer me my first job. But the team lead was not good she was so in secure. She never have an answer for my questions and at the time of appraisal some how I'm the one who never ask questions.😅

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
