It is a business that focusses on company as well as employee growth. The exposure you get while working neck to neck with employees of No. 1 company in the world Apple and how it drives it business. There are ample opportunities for growth and learning.

Dislikes

The only drawback being in the organisation is that it doesn't have structure and policies in place. They also don't provide many benefits apart from salary.

Work Details

I work as a Sr. Manager - Ecommerce at P3S which means I am responsible for the customer experience on ecommerce platform and generating revenues. Apart from this I get exposure around marketing, ATL, BTL & Digital. You get to wear many hats in the role.
