Organization builds a strong bond with employees by standing by them. I remember a recent incident wherein an employee met with a serious incident. The efforts made by CEO to ensure he gets the best health support was exemplary. Even in my short tenure, this incident left a mark on me.

Company is not professional company. It's purely lala type but shows themselves professionals. There are rules and regulations but only for employees not for owner. They can fire anybody any time without payment of dues and layering harassing. MD don't have sense to talk with management. He talks purely rude or say Lala type or say old wine in new bottle.

Unprofessional way of working. There are no rules and regulations. Even managers does not know tomorrow I will join Office or not. Culture is very bad.

HR team is good, great working style, management is always supportive. Hiring from Tier 2 and Tier 3 City for economic labor, a great strategy to hire low cost employee.

Dislikes

Once you resign, you are treated as anti ozone, some HR team members treats you bad, FnF is always settled not less a month and sometimes year. Hiring and Firing is common, new talent acquisition is always there, but NOT WORTH.
