Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store/Inventory Management:

• Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Reorder stock as necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Monitor goods' shelf-life, quality, and timely disposal of damaged items.

2. Operations & Workflow Management:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Implement effective workflow processes and improve operational efficiency.

3. Customer Service (for retail stores):

• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and purchases.
• Train staff on customer service best practices.
• Address and resolve any customer-related issues promptly.

4. Leadership & Staff Supervision:

• Supervise and guide store staff in their daily tasks.
• Plan staff shifts and ensure adequate manpower for operations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training.

5. Sales & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, inventory, and financials.

6. Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, cleanliness, and store policies.
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements related to store operations.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
