Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure stock availability .

Ensure to update all the relevant documents and registers.

To handle stores operation, supervision of loading and unloading materials in stores, dispatch and delivery of materials.

Maintain minimum and maximum stock in store

Documentation like PO, GRN, RECEIPT; stock maintenance , physical verification of stock ,MIS reporting etc.

Daily Monitoring of material receiving from vendor

To issue stock
