Roles and Responsibilities

• Graduate with fluency in speaking English
• Receptionist who has minimum work experience of 2 years in hospital.
• Managing the reception area, coordinating all front desk activities.
• Directs and coordinates the activities of the front desk, registrations, patients and telephone areas.
• Ensuring high quality services, resulting in patient delight and optimum resource utilization for maximum service quality
• Billing
• solving queries of the patients
• Perform other duties as requested by management
• Cash handling
• To handle telephones.
