Job Title: On-Site Human Resource Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive On-Site Human Resource Specialist to manage HR functions and operations efficiently at our facility. The role involves overseeing employee relations, compliance, payroll processing, grievance handling, and workforce management. A key focus will be on blue-collar hiring, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled and semi-skilled workers to meet operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Blue Collar Hiring & Workforce Management:

• Develop and execute hiring strategies for blue-collar workers (factory workers, technicians, machine operators, etc.).
• Collaborate with contractors, recruitment agencies, and local employment offices to source candidates.
• Conduct interviews, background verification, and ensure compliance with hiring policies.

2. HR Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, wage policies, and company HR policies.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking for all employees.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between workers and management to address grievances and workplace concerns.

4. Health, Safety & Welfare Initiatives:

• Promote a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Address workplace safety concerns and coordinate safety training.
• Support welfare initiatives such as medical check-ups, employee benefits, and insurance programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR functions, preferably in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial setup.
• Proven expertise in blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
