Coordinate and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Project Execution
Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
Schedule and coordinate all construction processes to ensure projects meet design specifications and are completed on time.
Supervise construction sites and ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
